Vintage Aero HG5 - sort of a hybrid A2 Highwayman a collaboration between Aero and a business manager who gave them away to his employees as incentive bonuses - I believe. I found this one in a retro clothing store a few years ago in mint condition with a Julie L's white tab in the pocket.

You are quite right Van I looked up other threads using hippie jacket and opinion seemed to be divided on its design merits when it was first discontinued.

Yaktrax - great product but just remember to wash and dry them before storing or the elastic a will perish. Ps take them off before walking on hard floors such as supermarket floors - feels just like leather soles in ice.
Yep that eBay seller is a good source of quality knits - he supplied correct types for my G1 and I had them fitted by Byson Leather in the UK who did a great job - they also supplied and fitted a nos Conmar zipper.
Just had a quick look on Gumtree - found a Schott cafe racer in Derby for £100 but it's a 44" and this Aviatrix - I've heard of them but .... Anyway it's cheap at £35. I searched for cafe racer in clothes.
