Help Identify This Jacket

Hi...i just get a jacket from my friend but it seems i can't identify its brand.

- It is half-belted,
- the leather grain felt like it's a horsehide leather
- and the pocket's lining is full tartan,
- zipper made by TALON

Schott and Lesco made similar jackets to this one but I've never seen one with such a patterned buckle.

The Schott multi panel is very similar - and they used Talon zips. Some years ago I asked Gail at Schott if she knew why the styles were so alike - she didn't know but did say that Schott Europe had re-released the style in the 90's for a short period and they sometimes come up on eBay.
