Agree about the leather, zips and pattern. But I have been told personally by the owner of Fenland that they do have a veg. tanning plant solely for use by The Few and Real McCoys.

ALL ORIGINAL Irvin RAF type Jackets - Loving that Wolf in sheeps' clothing!

Hi Steven, Welcom to the forum. I too cannot understand the dead end Eastman have reversed into, it's all so wrong but the solutions to make a very good jacket are so simple for them if they want to. Change the sheepskin, [the current ones are truly dreadful] have decent repro zips, and...

Anyone still waiting to receive their ELC roughwear sheepskin jacket

Anyone still waiting to receive their ELC roughwear sheepskin jacket

I am still waiting since mid December. I had a credit with them for my returned Devon Fleece. Otherwise I would have cancelled long ago as it's spring here now, and two months is way too long to wait for a non - custom jacket.

Aero use very heavy hide that breaks in over time. The Rallye stuff is just crazy.

    Aero & Lostworlds Horse Hides

LW use a hide with a painted outer finish, Aero use a more natural looking leather. Both are very heavy and thick. The true FQHH from Aero is just stunning.

A-1 Jacket / A1 Flying Jacket - The ultimate Golden Era flying accessory!

I like the way the very soft leather drapes and moulds to the body. My Buzz R leather was too thick so the fit was wrong, the Eastman is better. I must wear mine more often.
