    So this is the revised short Teamster which is on the sale section of Aero as a pattern jacket. It looks very nice but a pity about the name though. I assume it's named after Big Ears? Might me named after the other Charlie of 45 I suppose.

    There should be no VAT for exports from the EU. It is only charged within the EU and on imports to it. The rate varies a little from country to country and is currently 20% in the UK. Best to email him, he replies quickly.

    Some people will do that but it is a criminal offence in both countries to put wrong declarations on a customs form. Or to declare something as a gift when it isn't.
