I’m not sure exactly how thick the horsehide is but I’d guess it’s in the 1.5mm range. Is it possible that you are just not accustomed to thick leather since you said it’s your first non-mall jacket? The reason I bought the jacket I posted about is because I got a cidu on grailed for $120 and actually liked the fit and leather. It’s the two-tone one that @Canuck Panda got but it’s a bit loud for me and I wanted something more sedate.- KBlake

@ton312 gave me the thumbs up on it so there’s no consensus here. I think the fit is pretty good. A half inch more in the sleeves would be ideal but they aren’t “too short.” Within acceptable range despite being a bit short, I would say. Close call here.- KBlake
