    Yes, I have a sample of the dark brown and seal brown as well. The seal brown Vermont feels it has a little more heft/sheen/pull up as well, the dark brown looks a little more dull in comparison so I went with the seal brown Vermont instead.

    Those oil tanned shinki they use look really good, I will save up for one in the dark brown finish. I noticed the top coat though I doubt it will see plenty of rain where I am but it's great to know I can bring it on my travels (covid policy permitting) and not worry about It too much.

    YEs! Hope the initial fit is good! I'm most likely going to have the brown cxl JL re sleeved, now I know I'm an inside sleeve zipper closure type of guy. Plus the sleeves on the jacket feels too big from the elbow down to the cuff.
