there were a few larger ones, but they went fairly quick. a 1915 Stetson expo with a back bow was definately on the want list, but being too large, i hunkered down and nabbed this one
1910s Geo I Eakle.
Hat is flawless. I believe it to be deadstock as it came from a store that closed in the 1980s, and was found among quite a few other hats bearing the same store name "Geo I Eakle". From what i could find, Geo began in 1910.
If it is true, than it is an interesting feeling...
Thank you, photo credit goes to my girlfriend. she wanted some photos and i had to oblige haha. I'm keeping it, and just going to finish it and build something else after. As they say, idle hands are the devil's playground
