    Personally, I love black leather jackets :) More than the color, I think you should look at the style of the jackets. A brown HWYman and a cordovan Veste would be vastly different. However, a brown Cheyenne and a cordovan Veste would look very similar. What is your other coat?

    I wear an ibex light wool coat http://www.ibexwear.com/shop/product/1342/3336/mens-vertigo-jacket. It's a very nice wool and works as a great light jacket alone. It's pretty pricey now, but you can usually get it 30-40% off during their sale at the end of winter.

    I think you are right, but comparing my jacket to my friend's Aero Highwayman, they seem to be about the same weight/type of leather. Call the guys at Langlitz and see what they say. IMHO, the mid-weight is very heavy leather. The heavy weight leather would be like a suit of armor!

    Hi, I just purchased an Aero B-6 and was wondering what you guys recommend to condition/protect the leather. I've heard that you do not want to use regular leather conditioner on a shearling as this may clog the pores. Any suggestions? Thanks!
