Ok, I am going the custom route for next hat. I see that some hatters only have beaver and that the price for that is around $300 or so, maybe $350 for VS? Where to get a custom fedora?
Curious if anyone does the same felt that parker does. His hats start at 150. I see some at buckaroo are 205. Same felt? Or am I going short if I don't go up to beaver and they all seem to be 300 to 350- memphislawyer

I was in Mr. Hats in Memphis trying hats on. They have a new hat, an older model, a Royal Biltmore, in a grey that is about the same color as my Caribou Stetson Saxon. 100 ml bottle, 60% full. SInce it is an entirely black bottle, light is hard to shine through. I can estimate 60% based on jiggling it around in front of a light with a flashlight shining it and watching the line of juice.
