    Drizabone oilskins are better than the RM williams ones (IMHO). But to complete the outfit you also need a pair of elastic sided boots (RM Williams or Baxter) and a pair of moleskin trousers (definately RMs).

    I don't know about the Federation, in fact the Lounge is the only place I've heard of it (although I haven't gone looking). Sorry, But the Akubra factory does so many styles while their website only mentions the most common ones. So it is possible she'll find a whole pile of different styles...

    I've got a botle open at the moment. It is my favourite scotch. A friend of mine described it as sucking the sweat out of a peat cutter's boots. So your wife is not alone in her distaste for this particular drop.
