    Engineer Boots, Harness Boots...

Thanks. I don’t know if they’re the same last because I don’t have engineers. I’d assume so. They’re not the same as the Morrison’s I’d guess.

Footwear to go with our jackets

Thanks. Something tells me they didn't make 3E width... those are classics.

Footwear to go with our jackets

Very nice. In fact, I'll leave the picture in my reply. Who makes them?

    Engineer Boots, Harness Boots...

Nice color, Dav! Here is one more shot of the Wesco harness boots, with my massive Morrisons next to them. I am not a great photographer...

Men's Cologne / Men Of ( STYLE ) THE FEDORA LOUNGE What Are You Wearing ?

It's not a choice or an aesthetic. It's more like an allergy. Colognes and perfumes and other scents give me a sharp headache. They are extremely distracting when I am in a concert or movie (long exposure). They are shocking and unpleasant when I am exercising (why do people soak themselves with...

Men's Cologne / Men Of ( STYLE ) THE FEDORA LOUNGE What Are You Wearing ?

No scent ever. I am somewhat sensitive to it and I know a few people who are badly hurt by proximity to any scent. So I use a scent-free deodorant and no aftershave. And hope those around me follow suit. Don't mean to rain on the parade, but I've seen cologne ruin an evening.

    Let's see your mechanical watches

The mark on the movement is: R W T With the "T" centered below the RW, which this bulletin board software won't let me do.

    Let's see your mechanical watches

British WW2 no-name service watch? 1940? 15 jewels. Anyone know more about this?

I have a press identical to yours. I use it to make sausage. It's great.

    Fear

I don't watch the show, but I do feel fear (and loathing) when I see this ad. What a terrible hat, poorly worn. Makes me not want to watch. Sorry, had to share.

Just when you thought you had seen it all . . . (Warning: Not for the fainthearted)

Note the useless, tiny action back and what appear to be cereal bowls on the shoulders.

New Standard & Strange X Simmons Bilt Natural Horsehide Jacket

I drop by S&S from time to time. Never get anything, but it's nice to have around. I suspect I introduced them to Wesco boots. Had to take off my Morrisons for them once when they were in their old location. Independent of Simmons Bilt's history (which is enough to have me back away slowly)...

Pecard Classic Leather Dressing vs. Pecard Antique Leather Dressing

I've always assumed that CXL, due to the wax, etc., would not need treatment for a lot longer than some other kinds of leather. It doesn't look dry in the way some other leathers can.

Pecard Classic Leather Dressing vs. Pecard Antique Leather Dressing

On US Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Ko-Cho-Line-Leather-Dressing-Carr-Martin/dp/B002HJ4HU6/ref=sr_1_1 The listing notes that it is not suitable for aniline leather. Are you sure your jacket or liner wasn't dyed with aniline dye?

    Vintage Stetson Boss Raw Edge

Measuring front/back and side/side doesn't say much. What you need is circumference. But if there is a 7 5/8 reorder tag, that's probably all anyone needs to know. Just be sure. Also there might never have been a liner on this style hat. If it's in good shape, I'd probably give you $200. Are...

    Shave of the Day

Yes, Super Speed "Heavy Weight", and working great so far. To date, I like the Feather blade best in it, close and less blood. Shark seems less desirable than the Ladas. But I'll try a few more of each.
