    I also am aprox your size and wear a 38 slim fit half belt. IMHO, I think it's a little big around the waist/hips.

    Wade was the one who convinced me to take a 38 rather than a 40. Also, I think Insurrection's jackets have 1 inch added to body and sleeves, which also suit the jacket well.

    Shearling is REALLY warm. I sold my B-6, because it was just too warm to wear in Seattle. I wore it in Canada at 10 degrees and was comfortable.
