Eastman Irvin RAF sheepskin repro sizing

The arms and body are fairly short so if in doubt go up in size. I take a 42 in an A2 but prefer a 44 or 46 in an Irvin. I am 5 10 and 170 pounds.

    VLJ status

Bill and Nathan are working together to rebuild the forum. I don't know the exact details but it looks like everything is gone with no chance of recovery. I have no idea how this could happen but perhaps others with the knowledge will tell in time. This is the third time this has happened in the...

    distressing leather jacket

    Proper B3 fit

I would opt for a 44 or even a 46. I have found that with all the Eastman B3's I have owned that were later patterns it is very difficult for me to comfortably lift my arms above shoulder height making it near impossible to work the collar straps. The Perry B3 was the tightest of all.

    M444/M445/ANJ4 Questions

These designs are over 70 years old and so can regarded as obsolete by modern standards. If you just want to keep warm you could go to Tkmax and buy a down or...

    RIP VLJ??

The reason for is because of some very near misses of the forum being sued due to slander and also recurrences of one or two very spiteful troublesome individuals rejoining after banning due to unacceptable behaviour. I believe some FB groups vet every post before it appears on a page. I do...

    RIP VLJ??

As a mod. I can't answer that question because the nuts and bolts are sorted by Bill French. Let's hope normal service is resumed soon.

The simple strips are used on the BoB jackets, the sewn type fob is used on the 1942 pattern. If you post a close up of the puller I can date the jacket.
