Good deal. They're just young fellers, in their 30's from North Carolina but they're keeping that music alive. They toured with and opened up for Mere Haggard for about 7 years. They played the Grand Ole Opry last weekend.
I'm A rockabilly fan as well. I've been listening to The Malpass Brothers lately. They're are all over the spectrum but I'd classify them as rockabilly.
My sentiments, exactly. I won't pass on a regular oval if I want the hat but I actively search for long oval. I recently bought a vintage stratoliner in great condition just because it was my size in long oval. I wasn't looking to buy but I couldn't pass it up because they don't come around too...

I bought a late 40s to early 50s 3x OR from this guy a couple years back. It was advertised as 7-7 1/8. I had correspondence with him regarding my size as 7 1/8. He did his best to convince me it could easily be stretched as it was already a 7+++. I gambled and bought it as it was in great shape...
