    Well as you all can tell by the fact that I am still wearing my pajamas in this photo... this is how I wake up in the morning! :p Oh... I just cut off another 4 1/2 inches from my hair since last time I cut it.

    If you make the layers slightly longer and a bit more uniform (not so choppy) It will work well with TRUE 50's hair. Here's a link to good photos of real 50's hair. 50's Hair More examples.

    Vintage Shoe Sizing Standards

    As a general rule I wear 8 in both vintage and modern shoes. Strangly enough I have always found success with vintage - an 8 is an 8 (10in insole) -- where in modern shoes I can fit anywhere from a 7 1/2 to a 9 depending on the shoe.
