Kitty T... While I agree with you that Hollywood is Dog Eat Dog... I still think that is is an ugly thing to do. Especially since the magazine tries to establish itself as a credible men's magazine. I would think this statement to come from the National Enquirer!

My hair is all one length and I manage to do alright when it comes to vintage styles. If you are willing to put in just a smidgeon extra time with setting and styling... layers aren't missed.
I use it for quick touch ups... but most of the time when you brush out the curl, you do just that, brush out the curl. For me, it almost straightens it. :( I rarely use it, but when I do have to use a curling iron, the 1/2 in is my choice.
