    I certainly hope they can recover enough parts to put together at least a few good airframes. I remember watching reels of the FAA dumping thousands of corsairs into the ocean due to the terms of lend lease and feeling horrified. Too bad aluminum doesn't do well in salt water.

    I suppose totalnoob has already purchased a B3, but just for your info - I would mention both GB and US Authentic for a moderately priced, but still decent quality B3. Both companies are in the US, and this may save the american customer on the shipping as well as the sticker price.

    Maybe you should try buckles on the sides, I had a jacket just made with side buckles and it's quite handy. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

    The most important thing about a jacket is if you can wear it on a regular basis. If it is too tight for you to zip up, or is pinching your armpits - get a larger size.     That looks like a very well built jacket. It looks like you got the horse hide to match the sheepskin. I always thought the contrasting hides looked a little tacky. Nice! Too bad the climate I live in prevents me from getting a sheepskin, I only wear my A2 two months out of the year as it is.
