    The B-6 is the perfect shearling, IMO (this being a particularly nice example!). My B-3 is a tank and ideal for elongated exposure to cold conditions, but I don´t really use it to go into town. Too chunky, too disctinctly military.

    Wearing them as we speak, albeit with a suit and tie in the office; one thing I had not thought about: Having the vamp in rough-out is grabby AF. Every time I stand up I have to manually fiddle the trouser leg down again. Hope this works better with a pair of jeans.

    Thanks, Ivan. No gussets, no underarm footballs. Not easy to have shoulders with an ok range of motion without the back getting too much material. I guess I hit my sweet spot bang-on.

    Black Bear Brand/Rios of Mercedes Roper. What can I say? The top-notch quality is typical RoM, the bold design is typical BBB. Ordered last year. Weird last on them: narrow and elongated at the same time. Good thing, the higher powers have equipped me with pretty forgiving feet.

    Not going to vote here, but I believe Aero gets less credit than is deserves. Scroll back in TFL threads a few years and everybody (and their dogs) were all over Aero. The mainstream has since moved on, but the jackets are every bit as good as they used to be. The tide may turn soon enough...
