If the Hat didn't have a Liner it had a Crown Tip Patch. The Liner or Crown Tip Patch might give us additional information but as I mentioned I believe it's a Non Branded Hat so wouldn't probably be helpful. The Paper Label has no Company Mark and the format doesn't match any Branded German...
I can't add anything to what Matt posted. I haven't seen that "Seal Extra" mark before. Normally "Seal" is associated with Velour (originally by J. Hückel´s Söhne Austria/Czechoslovakia) so this might be a "Flamand". I wasn't able to find another non branded hat with the same paper label...

Hückel Weilheim "Chevreau", mid 1950s. Overall it's really great. I found this Soft Felt back in 2011.
This is what the Liner logo originally looked like. Unfortunately the stamp cut into the plastic so eventually expanded. As far as I know only Hückel Weilheim stamped the Liner...
