Dating this Hermes suede jacket, and wondering how to tighten ribbed cuffs

Got a beautiful suede hermes jacket, looks to be from the 90s but I can't be sure. Wondering if anyone has an ID on when this might be from.

More importantly, is there any way to tighten the cuffs at all? It doesn't say what they're made of but if it's Hermes hopefully it's wool and maybe a warm soak would help? I know there are places that re-sew bomber cuffs but I would love to keep it original if possible.

I highly doubt it that the cuffs are wool. I've seen a few of these jackets and they always had a separate tag somewhere in the lining, stating what the ribbed cuffs are made of & they were always either cotton or cotton x polyester blend. Wool cuffs never look or age like that, either.
In any case, if they feel very elastic and stretchy, they're not wool which simplifies your problem... To some degree because while there's no way to restore their elasticity, acquiring replacements should be fairly easy and cheap.

These jackets fetch a good price! If you don't feel comfortable having it repaired, sell it as-is for a grand or so. Good money.
