And, while I own the entire Goodnight Sweetheart series on DVD, it's in UK format. Won't play on the DVD player here (my own is reprogrammed to play all formats, but I don't have a tele here). So I've been watching the series on YT again. And again... and... again.

Thanks! I can try it but I wonder if it will work- my DVDROM is region locked, or my KMPlayer would play the UK regions just fine. I can change the region, but only four times.

Do you know if it makes a difference for this software? I'd rather not install it if the DVDROM is the problem, and not the player.

ETA- So sorry I ever doubted! I decided to give it a try and it worked! Thanks! I really love KMPlayer and will have to see if there's a codec I can add- if not, VLC just made me pretty happy when it played my GS DVD.

I personally love this one because, I am sure most of us loungers are quite familiar with Foghorn and the Chickenhawk, but most people today aren't as familiar with the episodes of the Chickenhawk (Max wasn't it?) clubbing the bejesus out of Foghorn.

Mapp & Lucia is hilarious! I've had the DVDs since they were released, and it's one I probably watch once every year or two. I love Lucia's review of the Olga, the opera singer "An interesting voice. Some notes almost pretty!"
