(hears the knock on the door) Oh! Hide in the closet fritz! PI cant see you here! Hurry!

(to PI) Come in!

[Diamondback]

*Arnold and Rollo pile in, and Blackout takes off*
Blackout: Interesting, we have a V-1 inbound... Somebody grab the top-turret and cover me!

*we see Blackout's left wingtip slice clear through the buzz-bomb--surprisingly, not even chipped paint on our mechanical hero*

Hey Sam, so any shady characters in town that you know of? I am going to hang my coat and hat in the closet, Its been a long day... *Moves toward closet with coat and hat in hand*

Well why dont I take it for you and you sit down on the divan?(taking coat and hat to closet)

No no really I insist I'll put them away...*Taking back his coat and hat and has his hand on the door knob*

(falls to the floor in dead faint)

*Before Sam hits the floor PI opens the closet door to see a very stunned looking Friz, PI turns to a passed out Sam and lifts her to the couch*
Who the hell are you? And what are you doing in the closet?

 

[Diamondback]

*outside, we see where the two halves of the V-1 landed: front in the grass outside, back on top of WONK HQ*
Blackout: Oops... Horseback Leader, Blackout--got any leads on Carter?

 

[carter]

Winging his way toward the Channel, Carter is battered by heavy head winds and rain squalls. Wiping his face and flying goggles with his flying scarf as he peers into the gathering storm, Carter has a momentary lapse of confidence.

Well, Carter, you've got yourself into a bit of a fix now haven't you. Alone in a storm, unarmed, and without troops. Not wise, not wise at all. Perhaps I should just turn baaaaaaa......

Carter banks hard left as an aircraft emerges from the clouds ahead on a collision course.

What was that doing there? Was that a cross on the tail? It may be German. I'd best turn back and see if I can spot the bugger again.

Carter continues to bank until he has reversed his heading. He then pulls up on the joystick and climbs hoping to clear the clouds and spot the other aircraft from above. Little does he know that the mystery aircraft is on a collision course with Kilroy in his Spitfire.

(wakes up to fritz being interrogated by PI. Thinking quick)

PI? What happened? Where am I?

(I hope he cant see through the fake fainting act)

PI? Could you get me a glass of water? Whos this fellow?

Fritz: I am zee, uh... exterminator. *Runs towards door* Everythink looks fine, miss! Bye!" *Fritz has left the building*

Roland, frustrated in his attempts to locate an aircraft has reconnected with Aston and Martin. They are approaching WONK HQ and discussing their next move.

Roland: Lads, as I see it, Colonel Carter is on his own for the timebeing. Hopefully Kilroy will arrive in the same location and be of assistance. Let's step back inside for a spot of tea and see if we can determine the current location of the Faun.

Sure I will get you a glass of water who in the heck was that strange chap...wait a minute that was a bloody Jerry! I will be back! * PI runs out the door after Fritz* You there stop! Halt or I will shoot! Achtung Jerry wanker!

(talking to herself) Think fast Samantha!Come on!

PI! PI! The gaurds willl get him! Why dont you come back here and relax?

Kilroy: What was that? I thought I saw the Mosquito! *Keys mic* Candlestick, this is Horseback Leader. Are you sure that's another Jerry flying bomb?
Candlestick: Horseback, there is a Doodlebug heading your way about five miles. But we have a second plot on the radar, not sure what it is but it is not squawking on the IFF. Over.

*PI ignores Sams plea and continues in hot foot pursuit of Fritz*Stop Jerry! *PI draws his revolver, and fires several warning shots after Fritz*STOP!!!WHERE YOU ARE HANDS UP!

Roland, Aston and Martin all dive for cover as shots are fired from WONK HQ and a man hurtles out the door

Roland: Halt! Halt or we'll fire!
