Kerrflumph.....splat.....blub...blub....blub......sssssshhhh......bubbles rising to the surface as the aircrsft sinks from view beneath the waves.....silence.......

Welcome viewers to this week's edition of "Holiday Mayhem" featuring the WONK Players

Taking up where we left off last week, Carter's pilotless aircraft ditched somewhere in the Channel, and Kilroy's squadron mates have taken off in the Walrus to search for him. In the meantime, Teekay44 slipped away unnoticed into a warehouse near the waterfront with some vital information that would be of great importance to Carter. His moll, Retrogirl1941 (aka "the redhead") is in the custody of KilroyCD, who is trying to pump her...uh, for information. CENSOR: Watch it Kilroy, You almost went too far there... Kilroy and the redhead are enroute back to the aerodrome so he can join the search for Carter. In the meantime, Teekay44 has gotten away, as the waterfront crews are still busy cleaning up the cranberry sauce spill in the harbour...

Driver, to the aerodrome, and step on it!

*Kilroy speaking to the redhead:* Well, my dear, you're going to cool your heels for a while in the Mess while I join the search for Carter. Don't try to get away, as I'll have a guard posted to keep an eye on you. When I get back, you have some explaining to do. ***screech*** Cabby: 'Ere you are Guv'nor! The aerodrome.
Kilroy: Why thanks old chap! *Pays cabbie*
Kilroy: C'mon red, into the Mess, get a move on! *Door slams* Hey Squiffy! Keep an eye on this dame while I'm gone!
I get out to my kite and find that old "Skid" has my Spitfire warmed up and ready to go. "Thanks chum!"
I take off and call up "Home Plate" for a vector: "Hello Home Plate, this is Horseback Leader calling, do you read me? Over"
Home Plate: Yes, Horseback Leader, we read you. Over.
"Home Plate, this is Horseback Leader calling. May I have a vector towards the Walrus? Over."
Right Horseback Leader, will do, but first we have an unidentified contact at your nine'oclock at Angels 20. Steer 359 degrees and have a look-see for us, won't you old boy? Over.
"Right-O Home Plate! Will do. * Turns to port and pours the coals to it* Home Plate, this is Horseback Leader calling. I have your unidentifed in sight. I can't tell if it's something that the boys at Boscombe Down are testing or if DB and his Hangar 18 boys are having some fun with us, but it looks like a red sleigh being pulled by eight tiny reindeer...wait, it IS! But it has special markings, wait, I see the "P" in a circle, and the underside is painted yellow, yes...prototype markings. The boys at Boscombe Down must be testing a new prototype, and I can see the pilot wearing an Irvin over a Sidcot suit. Over"
