Polish sausage with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, and hot rolls.
My wife made a big batch of spanokopita (spinach/feta in filo pastry) and we have 3 left in the freezer. So tonight we have that with grill salmon and tzatziki (yogurt/cucumber/garlic). I may have to venture forth and get us a bottle of retsina to top it off. My wife is of Ukrainian heritage but based on her cooking skills she could pass for Greek!

Home made pizza. Delicious, but an acute attack of peanut butterits struck.
Almost spread some over a slice or two but caught myself just in time.
After scarfing the pie slices down I made a sandwich and did it right.
