I made beef in a diablo sauce the other night and it was my best effort....spicey but not toooo. There is lots of left over sauce so tonight we are having prawn tacos in diablo sauce. My wife makes tortillas, a mixture of massa harina and flour, then prawns, fried onions and sweet red peppers topped with lettuce. Often we use cabbage but we have lettuce in the fridge and no cabbage.
We celebrated Thanksgiving a day early last night.....Baked glazed bone in ham, scalloped potatoes, cauli/carrots with a nice Prosecco. The good news is plenty of left overs (except the Prosecco) for tonight.
It was a 10lb ham so plenty of leftovers all week.
