Tonight I stopped at a little mom & pop joint and had a burger and corn fritters with a big cup of sweet iced tea.

I can live with feet, kidneys and heart but EARS?! Let me guess, you eat everything but the oink from the pig.

I've eaten a pickled pig ear sandwich before - it was not particularly my favorite, but I'd been drinking a bit and it seemed like the thing to do at the time.

I had a bum break into my tattoo studio a few years ago. He raided the fridge and found some pig ears which my apprentice had purchased to practice tattooing on. The poor ba***rd tried to cook them in the microwave and eat them. Must have been really hungry.

By the way, dinner at Crunk manor tonight is homemade vegetable soup with a side of fried bacon. Been cooking in the crockpot since about 2am this morning.
