Tonight my wife and I went out to celebrate our anniversary. We both had catfish Ponchartrain, which was a huge catfish filet stuffed with shrimp and crab, covered in crawfish etoufee. For desert was bread pudding covered in caramel bourbon sauce. There was also gumbo and grilled oysters for appetizers.

Tonight we had jambalaya made with leftover turkey and smoked sausage. I really like how the healthy lean-ness of the turkey compliments the processed pork by-product

The honey do list will kill me way before 82....
Despite trying to live healthy.

Tonight it was turkey patties and hot pork rinds.
It was going to be chicken with pretzel shake and bake, but I decided to do that and pork chops tomorrow night.

Risotto with chicken breast and carrot.
(I hate rice!) - and this was mom taking her disappointment with the weather on my stomach. :doh:

No, women mature gracefully too.
Mine had actually been married before, but it wasn't a good marriage.
Now she has a good marriage, someone that can cook, and 2 girls with waggity tails.
Oh sure, we could get a house with 1,000 sq foot more room, but I told her I wasn't cleaning all that.

Tonight if all goes well, it will be pork chops with a pretzel coating, instead of bread crumbs.
With green beans in the pressure cooker.
Tomorrow night should be interesting, because I won't have any counter tops. :eeek:
Getting new ones Friday, so I guess we'll have to go out.
It's time for the 30yr old, green, orange, and brown marble ones to go.
In their place, will be a dark grey formica with a faux granite look, with a black sink and black faucet to compliment them.
She's already asking about the floor and the cabinets now....:mmph:
How much does a set of virtual reality glasses cost? That might be cheaper.
