So very very good. Was intending to do green beans, but I didn't make it to the store to get any. The butter and garlic potatoes were rather good though. And not shown was a spinach salad on the side.

Tonight I made turkey burgers for the protein, and cut them up to place them in low carb tortillas.
Added Stubbs seasoning, and shredded Pepper Jack cheese.
Turned out very well, considering I meant to fix burgers, but forgot to set the ground beef out at lunch time, so it would be thawed when I got home. :eusa_doh:
