Tonight, chicken, some sort of pasta, and broccoli. Not sure of all the details yet.

Since I had a taco-ish breeakfast, and tacos for lunch, I'm giving my system a healthy break with fresh zucchini cooked with onions and tomatoes over rice accompanied by a couple of pomegranate / blueberry juice and vodka cocktails.

Here is a sideways image, reason unknown, of the shredded chicken that went into the tacos and burritos, along with the refried beans. Chicken was bbq'd with taco seasoning, then shredded in the Kitchenmaid, and supplemented with chips, home made salsa, and either pina coladas or margaritas.

Ended up being lemon basil chicken, parmesan pasta, & broccoli. I loved it. Lily gave the "green stuff" (basil) on the chicken the stinkeye.

Tonight was breakfast for dinner. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes with plenty of butter and maple syrup & crispy bacon on the side. Lily ate more than I did!

She's so cute--physically and personality-wise. I've never been one for having kids myself, but I'd love to have a niece like her to spoil. (I only have 2 nephews.)
