Cold pasta salad: mini penne, Ranch (homemade, using Mexican sour cream), cubed chicken breast, two colors of tomato, cucumber, bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese. I seasoned with smoked pepper & extra garlic.

Had a pulled pork sandwich myself, with sweet potato fries. And a few Pacificos, because longnecks were $2.
