Porterhouse steaks from a local farm in VA with steamed green beans, and fried potatoes.
No grill at the temporary location, so steak is being cooked in the old iron skillet (with mushrooms and white onion).

Very much a "yes" over here. With garlic, a "YES!"

Made a big pot of vegetable soup with kale, carrots, parsnips, onion, celery, a red pepper, green beans, a can of tomatoes, 2 vegetable stock cubes, season salt, regular salt and Worcestershire sauce. It tasted like something was missing so I sliced up some smoked sausages and put them in. Delicious.

Chicken tacos.

We had taco salad earlier this week, but I bought 4 huge avocados on sale this week and need to use them up.

Hubby will get a whole avocado with his lunch for work tomorrow. He'll be stoked!

Tacos are a good idea every and any day, especially if avacados are involved.

The big Hass avocados were $.98 each this week (normally $1.79), so I went overboard. But as you said, it's all good. Lily is pretty stoked. She loves tacos, and loves avocado/guacamole.
