Last night we had pork chops, au gratin rice, and spinach. At the end of dinner, Lily said "Hold on, Mama! I didn't eat enough spinach yet!" And then she proceeded to eat three more bites of it.

Who is this kid?!

Since Christmas is right around the corner, and we don't want to mess the kitchen, we bought frozen pizzas that we're going to stick into the oven.

Today is leftover smoked pork butt, Firehouse potato salad, crockpot baked beans from yesterday's Christmas dinner with oldest Daughter. Thanks Kathy..!! Deliciously good.

Tonight I'm taking advantage of this weather and a break from ham. Bacon cheeseburgers on the grill, all the fixn's and homemade fries.

Roast beef, carrots, red potatoes, and biscuits cooked for most of the day. The house smelled like magic and the meal was even better.

I got lentil-soup.

Last night was baked chicken, rice pilaf, and spinach.

Tonight.... not sure yet. I haven't been grocery shopping for the week, so I don't have much on hand to make a menu.
