Yeah, that's the only way I'd watch Lucy.

And to think, Weird Al made a lot of money off these songs.

Makes me happy every time I hear it.
There's always early Lucy as she appeared in Roman Scandals
Fine if she didn't' say a word.
Petty Coat Junction, the 1960's fashions are so inspiring.
Not even when she's with the Stooges?

She is always doing something exasperatingly stupid and making Desi’s life hard. If she was my wife she would have disappeared in the desert within a year---maybe less.
If you were her husband, perhaps ou would...

Twice. Ball filed for divorce in 1944 because of Arnaz' drinking and womanizing, but they reconciled before it became final; they divorced for good in 1960.Didn't they split up in real life?
Nope. In the Stooges' short Hold That Lion! (1947), Curly had a full head of hair. The short was filmed after Shemp had replaced Curly (Curly had a series of strokes in 1945 that forced him to leave the trio), and Curly had a cameo appearance as a man sleeping on a train (with a clothespin on his nose to prevent him from snoring). It's also the only post-Ted-Healy Stooges short that included all three Howard brothers (Moe, Curly, and Shemp). That had to be the only Three Stooges short where Curly has hair. lol
I love The Chicken Of Tomorrow.Didn't they split up in real life?
My husband's aunt knew her. Lucy was a nice lady, according to her.
MST3K's short "Chicken of Tomorrow".
The Café. Not a great comedy, but a nice theme song!

Edit: Found it on You Tube: Three Stooges - Curly Cameo.
In his autobiography he claimed the alcohol and "extracurricular activities" were his way of alleviating the pressures of managing and supervising Desilu Productions as the company grew larger. Of course, that doesn't excuse his behavior....Thought it was just for womanizing. Jerk...
