Yes, the horror!

Yes but Frank made the leisure suit swing. :D
Rickles is dressed conservatively.
Well except the mile wide tie.
I have a Carson box set, and some of the styles are hilarious.
Especially Burt Reynolds in a leather suit.
Oh I bet that was nice and cool under the NBC lights. :eeek:

The Leisure suit made him look ridiculous!
Rickles looks ridiculous wearing blue with brown.
Yeah wearing all that oil must have stunk. :p

TOE, my guess is James has an aversion to the 70's for a reason.
That reason could be, that he dropped a cigar on a polyester shirt, and realized polyester is flammable.

As much as I feel that the seventies ushered in the downfall of Man where concerned with style and fashion, I have found there to be some good music from the time period (Thin Lizzy), it is sadly out shined by the crap that is the seventies.
:D

Post a video of it. I have never heard of it----likely for good reason.

Polyester is itchy and nasty. I wouldn't wear it much less smoke anything with it on. lol lol
I agree it was itchy. I had a uniform made from it for a few years.
Maybe I need to look at vintage cotton shirts.
Here is a link of the song btw.

So, to solve the mystery, what kind of music do you like?
Don't tell me it involves bubbles, and a man that had his own tv show.

A polyester uniform?! Ewwwwww....

Ok, that song stinks worse than I thought it would. I can live with Sharp Dressed Man but that is REALLY bad. ZZ Top doesn't do Van Halen very well.
