I'm glad that it safely arrived you today and that it fits you much better than me!
Funny right? I was expecting it to be too small (because it looked small on you), yet it's perfect.

I actually think that you can wear it even if sleeves a short but could be worse.
I don't feel like the sleeves are short at all. I guess I'm just used to wearing them that way. Back length is a little short but still ok. The coolness makes up for that :)

Thank YOU for getting me this gem.

That's really funny (probably due to different body proportions and my small belly I got in the last week :D) and even more funny is that we found this gem the same day and you pulled my trigger to BIN :) Anyway, the jacket deserves you as its new owner!

Just unboxed this black brown speedy dustbowl. This is the nicest vic I’ve handled. It’s thick, nice grain and stiff. Sadly it’s too small for me and I’ll have to send it along. I’ve got it pretty well maxed. It’s a good fit everywhere but the shoulders, which are really way too trim. I’ll create a classifieds post this weekend. Bummed!

Wait up this is sheepskin? Did not know sheepskin could look this good. Love this! This is something Greg or Theodoros should offer regularly.
A lot / most of the jackets were made from sheepskin back in the 30s. Sheepskin is very fragile and that's exactly the reason why so little 30s jackets survived. Finding one in this condition is almost impossible.

There are some repro makers who still use it nowadays. LVC used it for their James Bond Skyfall jacket. The intention was to make at look like an original 30s jacket. They did a very convincing job because it looks and feels exactly like my original 30s jacket .

It certainly has its fair share of charm. I have never seen a real leather jacket with nice sheepskin so I'm skeptical about it (I associate it with fashion oriented jacket) but seeing how a well cared for example can look this good certainly is an eye opener. The LVC looks cool and the A-1 as well but the real deal 30s vintage just hits different. Congratulations again.
