Footwear to go with our jackets

This is the boots after treatment. Looks great to me.
@JMax as the link shows I used Huberds Shoe Grease. I’ve used it before, just at room temp and using my body heat off my fingers rubbed it in. This time I wanted to take it up a notch, so I heated up some water-not boiling, just warm-borderline hot...poured it in a bowl and placed the can of Huberds in the bowl. It melts it down into a very greasy but very thin almost liquid. That way I could make sure to cover every inch and get every crevice. Mixed the crap out of the can and applied it. I’ll have to take some follow up photos of how they look now a bit later. Basically the same as the follow up pic but maybe a bit different and always nice to do a month or two follow up. Not sure how a jacket would work....but the boots turned out killer.

Woke up to a cloudy, rainy day of 68 degrees F.. I took advantage of the weather and threw on my GW Arcadia Shinki, and puttered around on my lanai until it soon went up to 73 degrees F. This jacket is starting to feel like an old friend, the way some describe their vintage jackets.

Received from Aero in March, so about a month old, worn less than 10 times.

Black CXFQHH, silver snaps, brass zips, Rob Roy tartan wool lining. Size 38 with +1" in the shoulders, +1.5" in the arms and a 24" length in the body (which I believe is -1.5" from stock).

Thanks. Seriously looks great in this photo. Can’t wait to see more as it ages and breaks in.

Have always loved the look of these, though I've never handled one in the flesh. On paper the sleeves just sound far too short (24.5" on a 40L!). How is mobility at the shoulder?
The sleeves on my 42 are 24.5" I don't think they're short at all but given the preferences of a lot of other tfl members, I'm not sure I'm a good benchmark :)

Do you mean forward reach? Pretty limited.
