Ship John Wills showed up today. I didn’t plan on going for a walk but since it’s 40 and raining lets give it a test.

No experience myself with Ship John products, but had a Filson Tin Cloth Cruiser I wore to shreds in just 5 yrs or so - imho waxed canvas over a heavy wool sweater is the best thing you can wear for a walk in 40f rain.

Damn, that is sweet!
It smells a little sweet too! Thank you @torfjord

Nice fit!
Took 3 jackets with them to get this fit. Thank you @Will Zach.

Fits you like a glove
My first thoughts too. Was inspired by lots of members here to get Something more form fitting. Thanks @JCSD

Awesome jacket and perfect fit, congrats man! And that collar!!
Thanks @jeo. Yes it's really well made, my best fitting jacket for sure. The collar is 4" at its widest point lol hope it's not too 70s vibe

Oh wow man. I missed that earlier. That needs a thread with more pics. That collar is perfect!!!
Thanks @ton312. Will do, I want to highlight JLs work and the new leather they are offering. It's a fairly simple jacket so I had to do something that makes it a little different and there we have it lol I've been seeing a lot of the bates collars so I want something to pay homage to it

What model is that?
Thanks @hondurasdave47. It's just a one off and mixed something here and there but the front was inspired by their dell-66 model but heavily modified in itself
