What do you think of the Blattwerk? I have samples of it but its hard to tell what it is like as a jacket. Judging by my samples It seems rather thin and very soft and pliable.

Agreed! Between this and the IHJ-77 I’m a serious fan of these guys now. I’ve owned the jeans forever and never really thought twice about the jackets. But wow. I’m a believer now.I wore the same jacket today. I got it in October and it's one hell of a jacket. Tough as nails and looks killer to boot. The jacket took about 2 months of wear to really settle in but its the best fitting denim jacket I've ever worn. The price on these things is pretty up there but I personally don't think a better type 3 exists. I wear mine primarily to kick around town or if I know my field work is gonna be demanding.
