A bakery run for fresh bread and half and half. A pre-40's Borsolino was my hat of choice.

Up at 4am yesterday to fire up the barbecue for myself, Etsuko and five ravenous friends. My biggest barbecue yet - pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, two racks of spare ribs 5 pizzas plus veggies. I spent the whole day in my Akubra Cattleman. Feeling pretty weary by the time everyone went home, I enjoyed relaxing by the fire with a Maker’s Mark bourbon and blues playing on the stereo.

Today I wore my Hornskov Mogul. It’s sitting a little lower on my head after a haircut this afternoon.
