Tonak "Brillant" "бриллиант", made for the Russian / Soviet market possibly mid 1950s. This fantastic Velour was found by Brent and kindly offered to me a few months ago.

Stefan, Great series of hats as usual but I especially like seeing the JHS "Platin". Definitely one the most special Velour finishes. Have no idea how they achieved that result.

Temperature finally broke. So I am wearing a conservative” look at me I’m blending in” flat cap.

I am so done with the cold hurting when I leave the house. Hope it’s a mild winter from here on out.

Normally, you see the back of my house, but I'm fortunate enough to live in a neighborhood with a few "institutions" that were built in the early part of the 20th century. What I'm standing in front of today is the Dayton Masonic Temple.

I'm standing in front of the three doors in the front. Also in the neighborhood is the Greek Orthodox Church and the Dayton Art Institute.
