All wonderful of course. Hat pick of this lot would be the Lawrence for me.Friday Fall adventures started with me wearing a Stetson Royal De Luxe Stratoliner. Glorious sunny cool day.
I continued the thin ribbon hat theme by sport'n a Penny's Marathon (sage green felt hue) for a walkabout.
The hat is "Water Repellent" treatment.
This morning dog soirée was taken wearing a pre-40's Lawrence (made in Canada by the Brock Hat Co.). Wearing hat brim up this morning.
Home, coffee and strolling about in a Stetson. This is a 50's Clear Beaver small brim. Lovely hat.
Blurry pic, but a Clear Beaver marking on the sweat.
Cheers this morning from Minnesota, USA, Eric -
Love how that hat looks in the sun.
Wow.. I suppose this was quite a change.Wearing my latest conversion project. This one started out as a 6 5/8 Biltmore Western. I blocked it up to a tall and straight sided 7 1/4 LO. The open crown on this is 6 inches tall. as creased, the crown is 5 inches all around and is 4 5/8 inches at the pinch with a rake sloping to 4 1/4 in the back. I gave it a deep teardrop crease with a tight pinch. The brim is 2 5/8 inches wide. The ribbon and bow work came off of a vintage donor hat and is black at 1 5/8 wide. The pictures aren't very good and don't show the hat's true color...
Nice one. Enjoy the tour.First college open house with the young’ un. Champ Featherweight was perfect for this 85 degree fall day.

Sharp sharp sharpAwakening from a long summer slumber is my jet black Hückel Chamois fedora from Europe. Almost too bright and sunny for a black hat, but I am a rule breaker. This one was made in the late 1960s/early 1970s.
