My 20s Stetson has holes like that. Or maybe, it’s my head, caint remember which.
Looking great in. That bowler Steve
Uh oh. You think I may’ve just given Foquet another scary idea?
Funny timing. You'd better trademark it first!
Thanks Stefan!Simply wonderful, Joe.
I can relate, Joe. I have several bowlers, because I like the craftmanship on them, but I almost never wear them.
Suprising to see how much the ribbon and bow define the look of a hat.
Looks good on you, John. Probably no chance this year to show it off come Oktoberfest though.
Thanks!Very nice and good job on saving it, Randall.
Cool look, John. Great colour combination.
Ah, there's a volunteer back in the frame with you this time. Looking good, Yahoody!

Maybe... I meant... it... that way. Thanks to the inadvertant punctuation error, I read that in William Shatner's voice.

Nice Resistol, Gobi!Finished the day with my feathered Stagecoach for a hike and working around the yard. I also built a hat rack out of a nicley weathered piece of wood I found in my grandma's garage when we cleaned it out last spring. I have probably 20 more boards just like it. Her old record player is now used as an amp stand and external speaker cab.

Yeah I'm already a seasoned hat freak. I was a member here years ago and left when they redid the site because it wouldn't work on my old phone so I had to make a new account. I was previously Brian Niebuhr but I dont think there is anyone here who would remember me. It's nice to be back. I too blame you all for my hat hoarding. It sure doesn't help seeing all these nice lids every day. I'm thinking about making another rack. I'm trying to lighten the load in the living room and get more of my hats upstairs in my music room. The family is pretty good about my hats being everywhere but they do make fun of me for it from time to time.Nice Resistol, Gobi!
Take it from someone who’s been hanging around the FL only a year.
Stay with us and you’ll have all 20 of your Granny’s boards full of new vintage hats.
Don’t try to fight it, or you’ll only sink in deeper!
Thanks, Steve. Very good to see you around. Felt weather is coming up, so I hope to see you on a regular basis again. You're right about the bowlers of course; they do deserve better.A trio of nice lids, Stefan. The Borsa Bowler really suits you. I think we should all wear our Bowlers more often

Thanks, Alan. I think it's easier for Steve to wear them because he's English; seems like a natural fit. But I agree: there's something very enjoyable about them. All great and each worn as if it grew on your head... including the bowler. I wear mine infrequently too but always enjoy them when I do.
Nick Fouguet: the Voldemort of hats! You and @Stefan certainly make fine representatives for more bowler wear campaigns.
I happily wore mine last week, and hey, do ya think they’re called bowlers cause they look like wearable bowling balls with a brim?
If someone cut 3 holes in the top...
Uh oh. You think I may’ve just given Foquet another scary idea?
