My trip to visit Mike Miller yesterday was wonderful. We spent a couple hours catching up. Due to the trials and tribulations of the summer, this new hat will have to go into hibernation. Could not help to spend some time wearing it around the house though. A wonderful Grade 8 Semi-Colado from his weaver in Cuenca. Mike said he only gets a couple of these weaves in a batch. He doesn't even have one! More detailed images will be posted later today in the new hat thread. This one is sure to be a summertime favorite!

Holy....Batman. It brought back memories of “The Thirteenth Hat” / “Batman Stands Pat." Yes I watched this on broadcast TV. The Mad Hatter abducts jurors who convicted him and Batman and Robin head into the fray to rescue (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0519554/) . Oh yea 1966 campy adventures!

It’s called Muflone. Muflone is a red/brown tan sub-species of wild sheep. Depending on the light it can appear a bit darker.
