Blue? Probably only in direct sunlight.
I have a Resistol in "midnight blue" that is just as dark.

I still have a couple of my Dad's navy blue U.S. Navy jumpers that are truly navy blue (hence the name of the color), and this hat is just about the same color - so dark it's hard to tell it's blue, but it is.
