What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

I still have a couple of my Dad's navy blue U.S. Navy jumpers that are truly navy blue (hence the name of the color), and this hat is just about the same color - so dark it's hard to tell it's blue, but it is.
That's the beauty of a deep navy blue hat or a midnight blue. You can sense they're not a black hat with the naked eye, they have an aura, a certain je ne sais quoi. You're drawn to them. I love all mine. Yours looks real nice, Scotty.

That's a nice colour, Brent. Love the curve on the brim, too. Wide brims suit you so well.

Thank you, Perry. I know the weather problems you folks have faced are the opposite of ours. I'll take the semi-drought conditions any day.

That's my kind of Stetson you're wearing today. Almost cream like in your pic. Stunning. What model is that?

Thanks Greg. It’s just a plain 3x best I can tell. Here’s an inside pic

I would definitely call it a cream color.

Thanks Steve. It fits nice in these little boxes. The jacket was my Dad's. We wore the same size.

A Borsalino coffin box. I'd so like to find one of those. Amazing they could squeeze a Borsalino in one of those and still have it look so good.
Great you're the same size as your Dad so that jacket can stay in the family. So cool.

It did take some work to steam and iron out the rumples from sixty years in a coffin.

I have purchased a number of Borsalino hats the traveled from Italy in these boxes. Happy to send you one, though it might be costly to mail to Denmark. Though I suspect you would probably prefer to have a box with a hat inside it. ;^)

You did a wonderful job resurrecting that Lazarus of a hat from the dead, Alan. I'd love a coffin box with or without a hat, Alan. Preferably with. Let's pm [emoji4]
