Excellent Dogbone in that Cow Lot!
Oh man! That's how I feel.Thank you, steur! Yeah, hand sewing is way too tedious for me. Wearing three pairs of reading glasses while looking through a magnifying glass, two bright lights, and dealing with back issues to boot, has convinced me that a sewing machine will be much better on me for doing brim bindings.
I've searched for a very long time, and finally found a Resistol in the 7 5/8 size!! View attachment 181966
My son in law's grandad was black watch, and did mysterious duty for the crown as well ( no double 0' s that I know of). They schooled me in the right to wear a tartan, and don't seem to think I have a right.View attachment 181918
Hey @Hat and Rehat:

Thanks Randy! That is a nice one. The blue comes through pretty well.
I agree on both counts! My favourite colour combo, John. And a homburg is always good.
Will do!O yes, John. Keep those homburgs coming.
And a triple thank you! The blue seems to make it more elegant and less stuffy and formal at the same time.Three homburgs in a row! A warm round of applause is in order, John. That Rockel has one of the nicest hues of blue I've seen on a homburg.
I was in the Air Force 22 years and picked up all sorts of military memorabilia. Spent 6 years in Germany. My favorite tour.I did compulsory military service in the German Luftwaffe in the early 1980's.
Amazing how popular German combat shirts and jackets are throughout the world.
