These days at the of August are quite the samever heat for this part of the year

Morning walk to my office with this, new to me, Borsalino

It is called "Quito" and it is nice, even if a little bit stiff

It arrived new, with a "Sisol", this late springtime from a closed hats shop of Italy.
Thanks for the likes and, remember, I envy you with the felt hats, here no way to wear them.

Out this afternoon in a Stratoliner Supreme. Once in a while we hat aficionados are fortunate enough to "stumble" upon a supreme fedora. This is such a stumble. Cadet Blue Stetson Supreme Stratoliner.

Sorry for the worries Edward. I had a sudden bout of antisocial coupled with a tired of the heat, too lazy to take photos period. Ha ha. Now that it is cooler my mood has improved somewhat. That's the first time out for that shirt. It's a semi-vintage Woolrich that I picked up a month or so ago. I'm pretty sure it's destined to become one of my favorite winter shirts.

A double decker today, waiting for my flight to leave. Both Optimos, both purchased from Scott, aka @bond
One is an Oxblood in regular weight, a wide-brim Public Enemy version, and the other a bluish-gray wide brim.
The gray is someone's custom design, I think, because I have never seen lines like these on an Optimo before...

Very nice, Max. Looks like they have a more square crown shape than is usual for optimo. I like it.

I finally finished the size up and rebuild on this Beaver Brand '10X Quality' Western, (Band block by Rockwater and Rounding Jack by Rick @ Phoenix Hat Company).

No more hand sewing brim bindings. I'll be using a sewing machine for all my future brim bindings

I have to wait for better lighting before I can get good pictures of this hat and bow work...

Great job again. Terry. I can see you could get used to using that sowing machine quickly!
