Janyška "Praga" possibly late 1930s / 1940s. This hat is from my May 2016 Czech find. Very unique hats to say the least.

I am sure your uncle was rock steady. I wore this hat for 6 years of my 20.

Great glimpse of the past... you've held up very well, Dennis.

Greetings All:
Today....from my front porch throne, shivering uncontrollably, it’s 52 deg, and hating winter, oh it’s spring.
It’s a Dobbs Forty from oh i guess the Fortys.
I had to get this one out just to keep me from purchasing the gorgeous Twenty for sale in the classifieds. Sad and happy but it worked.
Be well and warm.

Wearing my most recent conversion. This Granite Gray Stagecoach was gifted to me by a fellow Lounger. It started out as a 6 7/8 and I blocked it up to a 7 1/4 to fit me. I have more in the 'Conversion Corral'. It sports a tall straight crown with a 2 3/4 snap brim and a brushed Longhair finish...

When we get to see New England in The Fall, I'm going to relieve you of that fine lid. My Henley blazer goes well with a contrasting straw in summer, but your titfer, (cockney rhyming slang, titfer= tit for tat, hat,) would set my blazer off a treat.

You’re going to have to fight me for Charlie’s hat(s). :)

At one time this hat had a Crease Clip. You can see the wear around the logo.

Still has the original exterior paper size label.

Steve: Magnificent hat with spectacular color. Almost 100 years old, wow. That's a keeper!
Might I ask, what is a "Crease Clip"?

Super hat and great advertising find, Steve. Love the little primitive poem text: if it's not a Wilke it's not a hat for me slogan. Thanks as always for sharing.
