Late 50s Knox with mid 40s proportions.
5 3/4 open crown and 2 3/4 bound brim.
Sewed on the 1 1/2” green ribbon and bow last night. Originally a poly blend brown 1 3/4” ribbon that was badly wrinkled and could not be soaked/ironed away.
I like this color combo with the felt color. What do you all think? View attachment 415366 View attachment 415369 View attachment 415368 View attachment 415370
That's another Renshaw redemption, Randall. It would have been a sin to let that one go to waste. Love it!

Wearing my lucky VS Black Cherry, not today but yesterday, for a day on the operating table. Three pics with the hat are in the waiting room, pre pre op. The one of the cue ball is literally pre op. The wife took them all. Had two sinuses repaired and septum was opened up. No post op pics, it was a long day lol. Anyway, all is well. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Glad to hear the op went well, Alan. Hope the post op-recovery goes equally so.

Wonderful hat to wear on such an occasion. Nice matching mask, too.

Be well, FL friend.

In honor of WrestleMania 38 tonight and tomorrow taking place in Dallas, Texas or Arlington more specifically I thought this would be a great time to take inventory of some of my western style hats. I’ll kick things off with Beallcrest 5 XXXXX Quality OR clone made for 3 Beall Bros 3 dept stores by I believe Resistol

Me too. The hat, by that I mean the colour, so striking yet subtle with it. How I have "ummed" & "ahed" over a deep burgundy hat.

The one on the left is an image of what would be, a bespoke hat. the one on the right is one of The Hat Centre's.
Whilst I am more inclined to the one on the right, I do so like the contrast ribbon of the one on the left. Decisions, decisions!

Thanks fellas! I appreciate the concern, I’m touched. I’m sure I’ll be right as rain in no time. Can’t breathe through my nose, which is annoying, but I’m doing this pain med-free. That’s the hard part. Doc said it would have been an easier job if I hadn’t busted my nose so many times in the past, I thought that was funny. Am I supposed to apologize! LOL. Be good y’all.
