Stylish and elegant; that's the way to do it, Gary. With the weather cooling down a bit here, I was hoping to pull out a felt hat, but the weather gods were not having it. Up again to 30c. Still, the Akubra Range (Etsuko’s favourite of my summer hats) hasn’t had much head time this year, so it was good to have a chance to wear it.

Something about these Knox hats always gets me. Wonderful, Brent.
There seems to be no end to the array of magnificent hats you hold in your arsenal, Eric. And that's a good thing for sure. Love them.Good morning. An Adam hat with a unique ribbon treatment was my hat choice this morning.
This is an Adam fedora in Magestic quality.
Best, Eric -
Well, that's one you don't seen every day; gorgeous! No new hats to show, so kicking in a top favorite

A good thing you have hats around to answer just about any call, Steve! Good hat and outfit.Borsalino Peluche. Been a while since this one has had an outing, but the crisp early autumn sun seemed to call for it.
Have a great week folks.

There certainly is, Brent. I'm with you on the ribbon thing though.I was kind of hard on Hornskov today in its thread, but there really is a lot to like:

Very nice, Randall. Love the hats that take a shape without any steam even better.View attachment 362951 Great thing about nice felt. It’s easy to change. Steamed in a higher cattleman’s crease for a lofty crown.
4 7/8 at the front crease.
Much better.
The angle of this pic makes it look even loftier, but it’s not quite this tall.
Mid 50s 7XCB still awaits a matching wind trolley. Doesn’t seem complete without em.

Did you? If so it must have been equally impressed by your hat.Hornskov 'Editor' today. On my way to work. I look if i saw a ghost

Good to see you, Reggie. Looking swell.Hello all! Felt season is finally upon us and it’s always good to see everyone sharing and enjoying their hats. Gannon in moss green this morning.

Gorgeous hat, Dave. Love the ribbon.
Ah, yes, that one. The sun brings out its wonderful colour and felt finish, Steve. One of Tonaks finest hats.Tonak Gazela on this sunny day in Denmark.
View attachment 363282 A recent acquisition at the beginning of the summer along with a bunch of other hats from @steur. This was its maiden outing.
Beautiful hat, Perry.
Lovely hat. You'd think it would be hard to forget one like that, but it all depends on the rest of the collection of course.Hey gents—the cooler weather here in the southland has me rooting around in boxes and pulling out the felts. I almost forgot I had this Borsalino I bought in San Francisco in 1986.

Great find, Dave. Bruma is a coliur we haven't seen before; there seems to be no end to the variety of Borsalino colours. Interesting that it's not a "misto" colour given the heather felt.
Bring out these suede finishes as much as possible. Great hat, Jim.Fall has landed with a thud here, so let's start trotting out the heavier felts.
OPS-era Game Bird.
